Do I need to register to post property listings?
|

Yes. You need to sign up to become a member first to be able to post anything on our website. After you sign up, you will receive an email from the administrator, containing your log in information. You can log in immediately to start posting listings.

I have signed up. How do I start to add listings?
|
|
|
|
Log in into your member control panel. You will see "Add listings". Fill out the listing information form as much as possible. Then click "Submit listing" at the bottom. Your listing information will be submitted to the administrator for approval. You will receive an email notice from the administrator once your listing gets approved or disapproved.

How many listings I can post for free?
|
|
|
|
Each member can post 2 listings for free. If you have already posted 2 listings, you can either wait until the listing expired in 30 days or contact administrator to delete the old listing to repost a new one, or purchase a paid service package for more listings and exposure benefits.

I have more than 2 property listings I want to post, what should I do?

|
|
We provide different service packages for members with more listings to post and who need more exposure. Check details of these packages for the one best suited to you. If you need help with which package to use, please feel free to contact us.

What are your rules when posting property listings?
|
|
|
|
 One member can only have one account. No duplicate accounts are allowed. Accounts discovered to be a duplicate will be disabled
immediately.
Individual agents can have an account. Agencies can also have an
account.
Posting the same listing more than once is not allowed.
You can't post any property (same address) that is already posted by
another agent.
Only real estate related information is allowed on the site.

Your website is in both English and Chinese. I only know English (or Chinese). How can I make my property listings found by Chinese (or English) speaking customers?
|

|
When filling out the listing submission form, you will see most variables are in both English and Chinese. You just need to fill in the ones which best describe your property. They will show up on both language versions. In most cases, this information is sufficient enough for people to have a pretty good idea of your property. For some fields like "Description", if you need language help, you can contact us for our Language Help Service.

What can I do to increase the chances for my listings to be found on your website?
|
|
|
|
There are many ways to increase your chances:
Fill out property information as much as possible when adding listing. All the variables in the listing form are searchable in "Advanced search". If your information is sufficient, your property will most likely be shown on the search result list.
Use good keywords in your "Description" that people will mostly use to search for kind of property like yours. There is a "Hot Link Search" page with list of hot search words. Make sure to use related key words that people will use to find your property.
Make your listing title attractive. When your listing shows up among a long list of search results, an attractive title will definitely help to get clicks.
A good picture says a thousand words. Upload pictures to better show your property. People usually click on those listings with pictures first.

Yes. If you want to post any listing on the website, you need to go through the registration process.

Yes. We have an "email alert" service. You can leave your email and property criteria to subscribe for this instant notice service. Whenever there is any property matching the criteria you have added to our database, you will get a notice immediately in your email box. You can also unsubscribe from this service anytime you want by clicking an "unsubscribe" link in the email.

What should I do to quickly find the property I want?
|
|
|
|
You can do quick search on the homepage, or try "Advanced Search" or "Hot Link Search" on the top navigation bar to narrow down your search results. Using keyword search is a good way too to quickly locate the properties you may be interested in.
